Hello. Yesterday I received request mail from Cic. They asked me that
Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background
Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please complete the gap in the Personal History from August 2012 to December 2012. Also, update the information in the Personal History to current date. This must be received at this office by: 2023/04/03.
I counted from 2013-2022. I believe that they want me to write down from 2012.
My question is
1. Can I just write down from August 2012? Where the cic asked from? Or should I write down from the Jan 2012?
2. I had about a month travel in Europe. Since I counted from 2013, I did not record it. Should I write it down and attache the related record, too?? Or just not mentioning it???

I am doing the entire process by myself and since the application is under the process, I cannot check what I wrote down in my application. Do you guys have any idea how to check what I submitted through online portal???

I really need your help and support on this questions. Thanks!!!

1) Based on my understanding of what's being requested they require your personal history between August 2012 to December 2012. In the second statement "Also, update the information in the Personal History to current date." means you need to document everything from August 2012 to the date of signing the form. Also ensure that the entirety of the form is completed properly with no gaps in time.

2) Was the purpose of the travel for work, school, or vacation? I do not see where Schedule A (IMM 5669) has anything to do with Travels unless you moved permanently for a month and changed your address, employer or enrolled in a school, if its just for leisure, the document that would record this would be Supplementary Information Your Travels (IMM5562) and they did not request that.

In my original and updated Schedule A (IMM 5669), I have never mentioned anything about my travels.

Hello. Thanks to response back. I submitted document last Thursday. I added 2012 as searching for the job because I was doing treatment for hair loss at that time before I enter the company in december 2012(I did not mention it) and travel in oct 2012. I also submitted current job place contract. Hope that they dont ask anymore. This document were so stressful and hope that they dont refuse anything on my information...

Yes. I try to think everything positivey. I passed medical and biometrics and also submitted police clearance. I believe that I am done with my part. Hope that they work fast. Thank you so much and have a wonderful day❤

No. After strike I just got the message that My documents submitted and they are doing review on my background and eligibility

I see, what I find weird is that my background check shows it's in progress but eligibility has not started.

Biometrics -excepted
Medical - Not Started
Eligibility - Not Started
Background verification - In Progress

What does yours say?

After they receive the schedule A, they changed it as submitted absthey started eligibility and background check hope that i can get any update because I am so done with my current job!!!
