Regarding wrong date of birth on Biometric instruction Letter

Good day Gurus, With much respect. I would like som1 to help me on this issue, while filling my date of birth section i typed my date of birth incorrectly. So when ircc issued my biometric instruction letter it was different from the one on my passport sooo i was denied Entry to the VAC

Hi, my cousin is facing the same issue. he got the letter and date of birth is wrong. It should be 1996 but it is 1966. what did you do to correct it. I already submitted the webform and also sent an email.
