Regarding work experience

Hi!
It would be really helpful if someone could please suggest me regarding my query. I really worried about it.

I am a language trainer with having experience of good 6 years but the problem is that I was getting paid by cash. It's only from last 1 year i started getting salary by cash.
So, what I need to claim points for work experience under noc 4021.
1. I can get reference letter from my employer ( which hopefully he will provide me)
2. I do not have salary slips or any other letter ( job offer letter / appointment letter)

What I have is salary statement from last one year and 2 teacher training workshop's certificates. Is it enough to support my reference letter or i need to arrange something else?

Please suggest any way out.....

Pay stubs and salary slips are not required, they are optional. The important thing is that you have a reference letter that states your position, start date, working hours per week, salary amount, type (part-time/full-time), and list of duties/responsibilities.
The letter should be on company letterhead, and signed by a manager or by HR. The person signing it should have their name, job title, and contact info (email/phone number) listed as well.

Although not compulsory, it's a good idea if you can attach the salary certificate of the previous 1 year as well. That, along with the reference letter, will be sufficient.

No its not necessary.

That's how you get deported .

How does him getting paid in cash, make him likely to be deported? IRCC doesn't ask you how your salary was credited.
Plus he wasn't paid in cash over the past year, so his bank statements over the past 6 months will show his salary being credited.
