Regarding Webform

Hi Guys,

I currently live in Quebec and I received the CSQ approval letter on my address for my wife. I want to send this letter to IRCC through webform.

My question is Can I fill the webform for my wife as I received the letter on my address even though I am not representative in her file? (We did not fill representative form IMM 5476 during application)
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Technically anyone can submit a webform that has all of the PA information. That being said, IRCC's expectation is that she is the one that uploads the document.
