Regarding Visitor Visa of Mother

Hi..I Applied Visitor Visa for my mother on Nov 11, 2013 from india to visit here in Canada and stay some time with my family. unfortunately, Visa office refused my mother's application. As she is house wife and widow. I have full time permanent job and staying here in Canada since March 2012.
