It depends on your citizenship, the office where you are applying.

wat r the chances of me getting the visa??

a. i m showing 5 lakhs as funds for 2 months of stay??

b. i m coming to canada on the invitation of a professor at ryerson university??

c. i still have 1 yr left on my graduation ??

Your details are kind of vague.
1. It takes 5 working days to get a reply for any of the following. ie a. An approval b. Refusal c. Request to send more documents d. Interview invitation.

2. What is your relationship with the Professor?
3. His financial status, invitation letter, citizenship documents e.t.c should be sent to the embassy as well.
4. 5 lakhs? Which ever currency you are using in the world, I dont know of any 5 bucks that`ll sustain anybody for two months. What is the equivalent of 5 lakhs in US dollars?
5. Show them any proof that you`ll return to your country after the authorised duration of stay.
6. Your ties to your homeland, family and work.
