yes it would be mentioned in transcripts. and you can,t get transfer credit for those subjects in which you have grace marks.
Yes the subjects you have passed with grace marks will be appeared in your transcripts, But the 4th sem subject in which you flunked and which " has been cleared" will NOT be appeared in your transcripts. Which means the final marks of that subject will be shown not the earlier one.
so you mean to say that, my backlog won't appear but my grace marks will appear in the transcripts?

are u pass out of same ggsipu? Did u had any backlog?
(because every univ. has its own rules and regulations, fro e.g. in NSIT, backlogs are visible)

I got two arrears in my first year , so in that case the transcripts has mentioned the final marks of my cleared papers not of the earlier ones.
But if you apply in universities for any program you also have to submit your individual college marksheets . bcz they require the complete records of your arrear history.
