Regarding supporting documents to be uploaded after ITA

Dear All,

I need some clarifications on the following tables.

For Passports/Travel Documents (Multiple) (required):
-I believe all stamped pages need to be scanned in passport and scanned copy of work permit.

Proof of medical exam (required):
- I have a form "To be Completed by Applicant/Examining Doctor and included with Application"
- One form for me "e-Medical Tracking Sheet with UMI and my passport details and examinations required"
- Another form for my spouse "e-Medical Tracking Sheet with UMI and my spouse's passport details and examinations required"
- Do I need scan form 1 and UMI form2 together and upload under my medical proof section?

For Education (diplomas/degrees) (required):
I have completed Bachelors (India) and Masters in Canada. For Bachelors, I selected No ECA.
Do I need upload both bachelors and masters degree or just Masters?
Do I need upload both degree and transcripts or just degree awarded?

Under supporting documents for my spouse, I could see following section unique to her.
For Education Transcripts (required):
- First there is no instructions icon.
- From the header, I am sure that I need to upload transcripts.
- My spouse completed bachelors (India) and masters (Canada).
- Do I need to upload both bachelors and masters transcripts?
- Why am I not having a separate section for "education transcripts" in my supporting documents section?
