Regarding Super visa

I want to apply for my mother on her behalf for the super visa. I am bit confused in some questions. I am wondering if you help me guyzzz..

1) can I apply for my mother on her behalf as a representative.if yes Do I have to fill the representative form or not
2) one question while apply online which is , Did your representative give you a submission letter?don't know what's that?
3) Can I apply my mother super visa from my cic account?.

1. You can either be her representative or help her apply fill out the application.
2. No she must have her own account.
