regarding studying for post graduation in abroad (canada or australia)

hi friends ,
I need some help regarding my further studies . I belonged from India . I have done B-Tech in ECE (electronics and telecommunications) with 59% in 2012 . Moreover matriculation and +2 with 55% . now i want to go for post graduate diploma . but i have some confusions that :
1 which country i choose canada or australia ?
2 should i choose 1 year program or 2 year program?
3 go for a college or university?
4 where i get part time job easily and expenses are less?
5 which part of the country i choose?
please help me to solve these issues i will be very thankful to you....

u will have to go for 2 yrs it is good for PR

first try canada bcoz PR rules r good..(saskatchewan, manitoba or bc)

than try for australia if not get visa..( nt or perth)
