Ok. Here is the deal. I don't want to misrepresent myself regardless of the consequences to myself.1. Has OKBANGARAM you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?
2. Has OKBANGARAM ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?:
In 2006, I attended a Visa interview to do undergraduate studies in the US. I did not get the Visa.
In 2008, I attended a Visa interview to do graduate studies in the US. I got the visa. After a few years got H1b stamping and everything.
So, my question is this. Both the questions seems to mean the same thing. I don't see the difference between them.
I applied for f1 visa in 2006 which is similar to temporary resident visa.
In my case do I have to put Yes to both?
