regarding spouse trip outside country

hi help me answer this please
my wife has never travelled outside her country of origin but her brother has travelled abroad...the question asked while filling the forms is
"Has my spouse and if applicable my spouse family members taken any trip outside country of origin??"
How do i answer it?? Please guide me
