regarding spouse open work permit

hello friends . I just submitted my application for open work permit based on my spouse in canada 3 march.2016.
i got request for medical on 8th sept. 2016, and got my passport back for medical at my home adress. now on my cic account it shows that medical has been passed.
can anybody help me with this next step?
Do i need to wait for the email to submit my passport or can i go directly to VFS to submit my passport.? and within how many days it is expected to get email for passport submission after the medical has been passed.??

don t worry ,you will get an update/request asking for your wife passport in a week ,I recently went through this and in my case, it just took one week after the medical exam passed
