regarding rprf fees

Hello friends.
I have received the aor and in theprocess of submitting full docs to new delhi.
I have some query regarding rprf fees bank draft.
I want to make the draft in indian rupees ,exactly how much?
on cic delhi website it is showing for $490 to be Rs 21,440 for one person
is it ok? or it will the rate of canadian dollar on the day the draft is made(for that it is to be made in cad$)
Please seniors guide
should I make draft of 21,440 x 2 = 42880 for two person payable to canadian high commission new delhi
draft from sbi bank will do?

1.Rs.21440/per person was in november 2009.. pls check again....
2. Yaa U can Make draft in INR from Any Scheduled bank in India.
3 U can make one consolidated draft for all the applicant in your package.
4. If CHC asked for RPRF????? If yes, the only send.. otherwise send it at the time of MEdicals & Passport requests. Why blocking your Miney Unncessarily for 2 /3 months.
