regarding returning of application from cio

i have sent my application to cio on 5 march . but i did nt fill my wife ''s name at birth . because she added my name only after our marriage .in the space for any different names she wrote n/a. so i have a doubt that the application form may be returned back. if it is returned back do we get any notification through email. i am so eagerly waiting for what is going to happen . any one idea about this?

Do not worry. It wont be an issue at this stage. But, you could change that when you are filling your application for local CHC.
