Regarding reapplying Visa for Jan intake

  • Hi pals,
    This time I selected my graduate MISSM in CUCA for Jan 2013 intake, I received my offer letter yesterday. Have to pay registration fees to get study permit letter. (No Condition) :)

    Admin's 8) (Tiger, Iname89) knows my previous post of rejection Canada study permit due to Pre-MBA diploma for SEP 2012 intake. The VO clearly state same reason in CAIPS notes as well.

    So This time i dont want to have failure attempt. Since am IT professional have 7 years experience, IELTS 6.0. Bank loan and medical has been cleared last time.

    My questions are
    1. What is the last date for Jan intake visa application ? (if am i right Nov 30'th)
    2. Do I want to appear medical retest ? (last one was July 12'th), If i dont need what should i do?
    3. What kinda of issue it could be raised this time for refusal if it is any?
    4. The University is Concordia University college of Alberta, So which visa check list should i select? (University, General or SPP)



Kindly refer my previous post and guide me to apply my student permit.

what did your caips say about the exact reason for refusal? Usually VO gives his personal
comments there regarding your case.

The CAIPS notes state ...

"PA has a long gap of more than 8 years since last studies, not clear why intend to go back to do pre-MBA studies when he could have dont that in india at a fraction of cost and could take direct admission into MBA. Going to a private university when he has cheaper options available in Canada or in India.

I am not satisfied applicant is bonafide student. I am therefor not satisfied that applicant is not applying for unknown reason other than studies and as such would be a genuine student. Weighing the information on hand in this specific case, the applicant has failed to establish that they are a bona fide temporary resident who will leave canada following the completion of their studies pursuant to section R216(1)(b) of IRPA. Refused"
 
Seems to be only concerned with your program last time. As you've changed it now it should be fine. Write a good SOP explaining why you want to study this and how it might help you after returning to india. I guess they think of your case very practically rather then reading all the documents.

Hi Josh,
You are right. everyone said the same to select appropriate program which based on my carrier (IT). Now I selected the IT security studies and prepared my SOP why i choose this study and university. Hope i wont get refusal this time :). Thanks for your reply.

Could you please help me out my previous questions about medical retest and selecting appropriate checklist? :D

My profile given bellow for your comments

1.10'th + 12'th = 60%
2. BCA with 67% ( But I hold my 5'th and 6'th mark sheets indicates my 1'st 2'nd year marks, unfortunately the university has been closed and unable to claim any service, I convinced the university and they accepted my profile)
3. 7 Years IT infrastructure experience (Servers, Networks) with holding microsoft all certifications, JNCIS,JNCIA, CEH, ITIL
4.IELTS 6.0
5. Bank Loan of 10L against FD

Hi rockers,
Due to my documents and unable to claim university service like transcripts. The TRU university only accept my profile and offered me pre-MBA. there after MBA in second year if i maintain good GPA. CUCA was stick into transcript last time. Other universities also asked my entire mark sheets. Thats why I choosed TRU pre-MBA.

Once i got refused last time due to selection of pre-MBA (Not mentioned or ticket any other reason like lack of documents), again I started networking with CUCA to gain my admission for MISSM IT security which matched my profile. after many of communication and evidence that i proved CUCA admission committee convinced and offered me this program for Jan 2013 intake.

I prepared fine SOP for regarding this study and university to serve india there after my return. Do i need to add any more documents or CAIPS notes of last refusal to make minimal refusal reason. Am sure last time they didn't checked my education document or they okay with that i dont know but they didn't checkbox the refusal reason of lack of documents of education.

Wat do you think about this case and do i possible to get my visa this time?

1 - Last Date Nov 31 officially but they do accept after that also till Dec 10/15 usually. 2- Dont need to do medical again, its valid for one year. 3- Not sure, maybe none if good SOP. 4- General since SPP isnt open for once refused applicants.

    Thanks.. if medical not required, What do i need to attach in checklist? I think i've the last medical report photocopy..not sure.. is that enough? If i missed means do i get a another copy from same hospital where i done?

I'm still trying to gather more info on your case. Is this conditional or unconditional offer letter for jan 2013 by CUCA? Transcripts are still missing?

CUCA offered unconditional offer letter.

Yes I hold only Degree, Provisional, Migration, 5'th and 6'th mark sheet (in the bellow they indicated my 1'st and 2'nd year marks). Last time they didn't raised any issue regarding this document part in refusal letter and CAIPS notes.

Do you want my SOP and CAIPS and refusal letters to send you by mail? or any other related information required kindly let me know. I will send the same..

I've my medical test report receipt photocopy which took July 17'th, Is that enough to add this time or do i need to re appear for medical test?

Which checklist do i need to select? General or University?
