regarding re-apply

Can somebody let me know, if refusal of study visa is occured for fall, 2013. Then can the applicant again apply to visa office for the same course with the same acceptance letter for the same semester with abit alternate with the documents in the same category(such as financial position of applicant).................

My guess is your visa is approved and they will stamp the temporary visa on your passport (hopefully).

Yes, you can apply for the same program, same semester with updated documents. Good Luck!
