What is your age, education, work experience, etc.? To hire someone from abroad, a Canadian employer usually needs an LMIA to prove no locals could do the job. Last edited: Sep 28, 2020

If this job is outside the Toronto area you could apply for a provincial nomination from Ontario after nine months of working there.

Not with the job you have now unfortunately. It needs to be a permanent role and located outside of Toronto for you to qualify for OINP.
