Hi I received my points from LMIA and Canadian experience. My PR is still on process, I applied and received Bridge open work permit ,I I am so bored from my work , Can I change my work or Does changing work risk my application ? Thank you

Only if you don't need the LMIA / job points to make the cut off score for your draw.

It's only safe to leave your job once you have COPR / PR. If you leave before that then always some risks.

I talked with IRCC. They told me that If you have owp. And you submitted your application, Yes you can change your job
