Do we need Police Clearance from Canada, if I am staying in Canada on an Open Work Permit?

Or is it just Clearance from my home country??

You don't require it for Canada. If it is required, then CIC requests it.

For your home country, you would require a PCC which can be obtained from their Embassy in Canada.

Hello everyone,
Please, I have a police clearance from Spain.
I know I have to translate it since it is in Spanish language.
How is it done please? I mean what do I need to get from the translator?
The translated copy and what else?
The Certificate of Accuracy for certified translations? or an affidavit and what will the affidavit say?
