Regarding point calculation for work experience in FSW

Dear Friends,

Could anyone tell me how much can I score if I have 3.7 years of work exp. ??

In point calculation for FSW application, I could find for 2-3 years - 11 points & 4-5 years -13 points. So, what would be if work experience is 3 years and 7 months. Please guide.. ??? ???

Sadly I believe these things are measured in whole years (or equivalent to, if it isn't full-time)

Can I include unpaid work experience (like projects & training undergone??)

How about Graduate Engineer Trainee? Is it considered as full time work experience??
