HI
I am graduated on 2nd may 2018 and but i supposed to graduate in previous year 2017 but i had three subjects pending those subject were not available just after the remaining study completed so i took a drop which was unofficial but i took subjects afterward in fall and winter semesters cause those subjects were only available at that time. So now i am graduated from humber and going to apply PGWP but have a doubt that should i attach any letter with documents to explaining the situation or i can apply directly with all documents except the explaining letter i also extended the study permit once.
Can anyone onow what should i do?

Try to write more clearly, it doesn't make sense exactly what you did, took a drop? unofficial?.
Anyway if you were not a full time student in any semester except your last then you are not qualified for PGWP, you need to be a full time student for the entire time. I guess there is not harm in trying to apply at this point if you can clearly explain that it was the colleges fault that the course was not available or better yet see immigration lawyer.

I took an unofficial drop and i was full time student before that. But i have three courses left which was not available and i took unofficial drop and then i took one subject in fall semester and two subjects in winter. So now i completed all courses so am i now eligible for work permit?

As you had several part-time semesters, you will likely be refused a PGWP.

No you are not eligible for PGWP since you did not study full time in a semester before the last. Also you dropped out completely for one semester? Highly unlikely that the immigration officer will look the other way on that.
