i did not recieve any pfl but got refused After 8 months of aor for insufficient funds without receiving any pfl or adr

Oh dear. I'm really sorry about that.
I usually advice people to order GCMS notes in the 4th or 5th month after applying. If you did, you'd have known you've got Review Required for insufficient funds and sent an updates bank statement proactively.
