My name is Rahul Patil my wife she finished her masters from uk in bio medical science now she want to change her field to human resource Managment so she wanted to do diploma 8 months diploma with 1 year internship in HRM In niagara college ontario so my question is can dependent will get work permit a d after completing her course can we apply for PR? And how long she will get visa ?

You can apply for a dependent work permit but there is no guarantee it will be approved.

Your wife will not be able to apply for PR as soon as she completes her diploma. There are additional requirements she will have to meet (what requirements she will have to meet will depend on how she plans to apply for PR).

Very difficult for your wife to apply for PR in one year time period. She will get only one year post graduate work permit. You may look for other better options in other provinces.
