Regarding Passport name and Master degree name

Thanks for reading my topic,

My passport name is Rajkumar Patel and my bechlor degree name is Rajkumar Patel
but my name in my Master degree is Raj Patel...

Is it effect to my PR file ???

Is i need to give any affidivate to Canadian ambassay for my PR file or not..

Please guide me with this

Yes you need to give an affidavit for sure or a letter from the University stating its your degree.

Yeah thats fine too, as long as you include the affidavit in your application package
