In her capacity as Certification, Audit and Management Control Manager, the employee assumes the responsibilities as described in her job description and in particular:
-Take charge of the company's ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 certifications as well as their annual renewals,
-Establish dashboards to provide management with the various performance indicators to enable it to ensure the relevance of the expenses incurred, the operational processes put in place and the procedures in force,
-Ensure the proper application of the procedures in force,
-Update procedures and establish new procedures necessary for the proper functioning of the company's services
-Pilot external audits carried out by customers,
-Establish schedules for implementing action plans
-Follow up on the implementation of action plans resulting from said audits,
-Ensure follow-up of individual action plans
-Participate in the weekly safety meeting,
-Analyze the cost elements to help the good management and rationality of the choices made,
-Ensure the identification of hidden costs as part of the overall optimization of costs,
-Establish and have the general manager validate the weekly schedules for checks, coaching, etc.….
-Carry out internal audits within the various departments of the company based on the internal references of the company, the supports implemented at the company's customers, then establish a corrective action plan
-Guarantee the effectiveness and efficiency of spending with reference to the ratios given by the benchmark.
-Acting for the QHSE manager (annual HSSE plan, etc.)
-Develop agents' behaviors and automatisms to improve service and reliability of people and equipment.
For the noc 1122 these below are the main duties :
Management consultants perform some or all of the following duties:

- May supervise contracted researchers or clerical staff.
Employment requirements
- A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or a related discipline is usually required.
- A graduate degree in business administration may be required.
- Some establishments may require management consultants to be certified by a provincial management consulting association.
- Certification as a quality auditor may be required for some occupations in this unit group.
- Occupations in health information management consulting may require certification by the Canadian Health Information Management Association (CHIMA).
