Hi,
I have a query regarding my eligibility for vocational instructor category....In my last 7-8 yrs of career for initial 1.5 year I worked as a faculty at frachiosee of reputed computer institute..but unluckily that franchisee was closed down for some business losees 2 yearsback....Can I apply for immigration though I have my experince letter and releving letter with me...but no one can call back at that place because francisee is closed now....so will it prove to be a negative point in case of verifiation. After that I purusaded my hobby of teaching on part time basis but worked in a differet area for earning read and butter.....can I fall in this categry now?

Please suggest if some one has simialr background ad now got/applied for immihration.

If you have your contract letters, resignation letters, service letters, pay slips, income tax forms etc., go right ahead and apply. Include an explanation letter saying that company X has wrapped up their business. If it is also possible, you may get a letter from the institute (not the franchisee), confirming the fact.

This is not a one-in-a-million situation. Its normal for companies to close down.

thanks for the info ......I was not falling in tax liability segment at that time so I do not have my tax filling proof for that year....but I do have salary certificate , appointment letter and relieving letter....I will also try to get that both from franchisee owner and try to call head office for a proof alongwith...If in case I could not get that letter from parent company will it still be a OK case....thanks for your suggestions....

They will understand the fact that companies can close down.
On the other hand, u have to prove to the immigration officials without a reasonable doubt, that your case is genuine. We should not forget that there are hundreds of fraudsters who try to obtain visas. So try to get hold of any important document. You should be fine.

You can explain this on a piece of paper and give your boss's new contact info from the teaching job.
