Regarding my US visa after applied and withdrew for asylum in Canada

How did you claim asylum? Did you come from the US to Canada? If so, then likely yes.
In that case I believe there's still a good chance the visa is valid. However wait for others to comment.
Looking at your timelines, yes your US visa should be cancelled already not even before requesting to withdraw

I came directly from my country to Canada. I had us visa for 10 years. But they still cancelled my us visa after I became a convention refugee. I received email that my visa has been cancelled.
ı applied with my travel document and got another 10 years.
It should've been cancelled by US officials during background and security screening, since his claim was already referred to IRB, and was not "discontinued"..

I applied but they told me that I am eligible for interview waiver program. I sent domestic but they sent them to me back. They said I need interview. I got my date for next week and approved. All took less than 1.5 months I guess.

I hope everything goes well. If they send it back to you and tell you that you need interview they will give you chance to get early date for interview.
What they ask you at the interview. I have an interview next week. I was in the same situation like you.
Usually questions about your ties to Canada like your job, savings, etc. and what your intentions are in terms of visiting the US. If you have family in the US more information about your family living in the US. Nothing too crazy usually
