Regarding my refused application

Hi friends
I am pardeep kaur. Recently my application was refused because of my lawer mistake. He sent wrong docs to embasy . Then my file refused. Can anybody suggest me what I have to do? I sent mail to embasy but they never reply .

Sorry to hear that. Please provide more specifics about why it was refused if known. Under such circumstances, people normally rectify issue(s) with previous package (unsigned forms, missing documents, etc) and resend the file. I am confused with your reference to "embassy". Why would you send it to embassy? All permanent residency applications need to go to CIO - Nova Scotia office first and not the embassy. I would recommend you to educate yourself on the process and not completely rely on the lawyer to do the right thing.

If it is refused, then nothing can happen.
But if cancelled, can send it again correctly.

I have done two time medical examination. It was all clear. At last moment embasy ask the the my husband previous experience which never show to embasy my lawer. He was hide this doc but we have all docs. Instead of this doc he sent the fake latter which was prepared that person . Then my case rejected.

Your files only rejected ? if yes then still you are lucky...you can send again new application with cover letter and tray to put your side with valid documents and accept your mistakes again the CIC...then after it's all about the case officer who will be handling your case ..you need bit luck that time..

make sure before apply again you are not ban for 5 years..generally in misrepresentation cases CIC ban the applicant for 5 years.
