Hello

I would like to know about a concern which is

One of my friend is a Class one driver and he is an international student here. He has joined a trucking company 3 months ago and he is left with 3 more month to file his Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP). Few days ago he had a conversation with his employer and his employer said to him " How I come to know why people charge (Take money) to give job letter for immigration ". So now after this incident he is in great terror that whether his employer will DEMAND money after 6 months of full time work. He is thinking to change his employer but is having doubt that, if he change then he has to explain to Immigration why he did that and so on. Which he think will be a critical and non favourable thing. SO please guide him how he can get away from this situation.

Please please inform me at the soonest before he will be curbed in the exploitation

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
He could talk to MPNP anonymously and explain his situation and ask for advice. I do not think that the employer is obligated to give a job letter if he doesn't want to but I also don't think it is quite kosher to ask for money for doing it.
