My employer got the call regarding my MPNP verification but they told him to pay the compliance fees as my WP is expiring soon but they haven't given me PNP why so .. i am so confused are they going to reject my file that's why they told my employer to fill the fees

No , compliance fees is to extend your work permit. It only happened when they want to issue you nomination and work permit support letter. You are overthinking.
So will they also call my supporter too ? Like my close relative also ? Because i had that too
As i told you depends on officer processing your application for nomination.

Basically they can verify whatever information you provided them with at the time of your application.
And after how long do they give nomination . And should my employer inform the officer that he paid the compliance fees
There is no timeline for it . If they told your employer to let them know then he should email them .
Processing times are long these days . They won’t acknowledge your emails.
So should i raise webform for work permit support letter from mpnp as my employer has paid the fees but i haven't got any nomination yet
