Regarding Middle Name during WES Evaluation form filling

My Wife having her Name in Degree Certificate is Doshi Sonam Vipinchandra, Now after marriage passport made by Name Doshi Sonam Saurabh (Husbands Name).

For ECA what middle to be mentioned ?
Father's Name of Husband's Name ?

Please help !!

Irrespective of your name on the passport or your WES application, WES will print the document according to the name given on the certificate.

She should use her Father's name as Middle name so that the applicant name and name on the degree is consistent and verification can be done easily. For the express entry profile, it wouldn't matter as you would be having proof of name change and marriage certificate.

Optionally, you can leave the middle name field blank. It won't matter.

I entered my name in the WES application as;
First name: Hamza
Middle name: Hameed
Last name: Khan
I wanted to ask how my name will appear on the report?
Will it be, 'KHAN, Hamza Hameed'? or will they skip the middle name?
