Anything above 55 is good although I've heard 60 as well but as far as I remember one guy had 57% and 7 backlogs and he got his visa. Make sure you select a course related to your previous study also a strong SOP/LOE will always boost your application

With 57.5% average in your BA you will not receive admission to a high quality university or college. You will likely receive an offer to a college who will take anyone that can pay. Private, lower quality, expensive.

ok sorry, i searched but many colleges don't show any details about Degree percentage, they just show english proficiency requirement, like ielts nd toefl, so i was confused.
Well, keep researching. I'm not doing research for free for you. Your marks are relatively quite low.

because i want to do my higher studies abroad
Unfortunately your grades are very low. In Canada, many graduate degrees require 70-80% for international students. In some cases, graduate studies are extremely competitive for admissions - with minimum admissions in the 90% range, along with superb proposed research projects and faculty support.

You may be best served doing additional studies in your home country to bring your grades up.

If, on the other hand, your goal is just to get into a program in Canada in order to get a work permit, then you are already probably just looking to pay for a spot in a college that will take your money and not do much else.

57.5% average is 7.6% away from failing to graduate.
