Regarding LMIA under CEC - a big confusion

Hi,

I have a work experience of 1 year in my field. I was hired in 2013 and didnt got any LMIA or qualification letter as am working in NOC B classification.
I want to apply under CEC as i completed 2 years of education in post grad diploma. I applied in DECEMBER 2014 under old rules. But as got the info that all files are returning back have to applied under EE.

What should i do now to create EE profile. I don't have LMIA. My employee told they can't give me LMIA as its a big responsibility for them to give LMIA. Also it states that to qualify under LMIA one should have a job of 21$ an hour in ontario.

In such case what the applicants can do. I do have a valid job letter, Reference letter with NOC code 2241 (NOC B). IELTS qualification of CLB 6.

Any answers guys. Anyone having info about LMIA or how it will be processed do reply in this forum.

The first draw was dedicted to PNP and LMIA holders. CEC candidates are exempt from LMIA, so its just wait and watch game if CIC decides to arrange a speacial draw for CEC or if the score will come down or if they would just continue to follow the same pattern as they did in the first. Noone in the World outside CIC has any idea what will happen in the next draw. The biggest and oldest immigration lawyers / Consultants are clueless themselves what will happen in the second draw. So hold on to your horses until next draw.

Same here, with lot of research and information its in best interest to wait and watch.

Let's hope for best for upcoming updates from CIC.

i created EE profile but shows ineligible i cant even update it.

Should i create new profile. wont it affect previous profile which was transmitted and status as ineligible

Do you mind me asking is your job in NOC O,A or B?

i cant modify it. Its showing transmitted. just showing view form with locked red symbol..
am working in NOC B field. Now waiting for old application file to be returned from CIC.
was submitted on 22nd december

Exact Same date i applied for it. I am not expecting file to come back in week or so. Make sure you update your profile with all information. And if it is showing you Overall Points than it might take 24hour to update.
