Regarding june 1st applicants

Kindly help me here.

I need to know if I apply after june 1st before the new forms come out through the old form which does not yet have the designated institution number on it, will I be considered for the New rules of student visa set by CIC or will I be put in the old non permitted PGWP students category.

Yes, You will be treated according to the new rules, however the updated form with designated institute number shall be available from June 14.

New rules for prospective international students are now in effect. Read about these changes.
The new study permit application forms will be available on June 14, 2014. Until then, applicants and study permit holders do not need to record the DLI number on the current forms. The processing of their application will not be negatively impacted.

However just for reconfirmation id like to ask you if ur absolutely sure about this? Because nowhere in the new rules is it mentioned that applicants after june 1st shall be considered in the new rules regardless of their forms being old.

Please understand. This makes up for my 6 ~ 12 months work permit. I wouldnt have asked if it wasnt really concerning for me.

if you applied before June 14th you will use the current application form where which no place to mention DLI number, just mention the institution,
if you are applied after June 14th you should use the new updated application form where which a new place for DLI number exists,

As I take it from the CIC website and the forums experienced advisers, if we apply june 1st onwards, we fall into the new rules category by default. How else would CIC reject those applicants who do not have designated institutions after June 1st since it clearly states on CIC website that those applications with non designated institutions will be rejected without doubt? So we (Applicants from june 1st to june 14th) must submit their forms without a DLI number, but with a designated institution offer letter

Why make simple things complicated. After June 1st, you are under new rules.

All the students going for Sept. 2014 are eligible under new rule because all the got only visa.SP will be issued when they reach Canada at POE.Until today, I think no one went Canada for Sept. session.

I think that those people who got/applied for their visa before june 1st are not eligible for new rules.
