Regarding Job Noc Code

Can anyone help me with the confusion?
My wife was working in India with the private bank where her role was customer service officer under the Grade Deputy manager
Her responsibilites here match under Noc 6314
bt her job title deputy manager does not.
We are really confused

The most important thing is to match responsibilities to the NOC not title. So if NOC 6314 matches her duties that is her NOC. Don't be concerned with title.

Its written in the exlusions that customer service represntative( financial services) not included
in noc 6314
so we were getting confused

Her duties doest not match there at all. she was not in loan department

If she works in a bank, then she should have banking/finacial responsibilities.
