Regarding issue of OINP for candidates over CRS 400

Any idea on when Ontario will restart the issuing letter of interest to candidates over CRS 400 which they stopped doing
from February this year?

May be late Nov as speculated. Nothing on OINP site as of now.

The OINP site alludes to it being sometime in Nov, but noone knows for sure. That was posted in May, so the timeline may have changed. Just another note, we don't know if they change the criteria as well, it appears they may have overwhelmed themselves by sending them to everyone last year who had over 400 CRS points since they haven't been able to process them all to this point, so there may be changes to that as well.
