Regarding International student stream

Hi, My query is regarding International student stream. As per OINP Education requirement study should be fulltime but in my case I got credit transfer in similar subject due to which out of 4 semester I have done last semester part time and completed my graduation with Honors in June 2020 . So, I am not sure now that can I apply for This OINP stream or not.

Hi all,

I need some advice here.

I’ve received my COPR email yesterday.

Currently I am in India to visit my family and have a valid work permit which expires on July 2021.

As mentioned in the CoPR, I have informed IRCC Hamilton regarding me
being outside of Canada but haven’t received any reply for additiontal information. Has someone faced the same issue?

Moreover my return ticket is already booked for next month so I will be travelling back to Canada soon.
What are the consequences here!?
Do I need to wait until hear back from them for further instruction ? If so, how long does it take for them to revert back to me.

Can I enter Canada on my work permit on my return date if I don’t hear anything back by then?

Please advise.

Is this for a bachelor's degree? As long as "You have completed more than half of your studies while living and studying in Canada" in Canada you should be okay with credit transfers.

No it's not a bachelor degree .it is a 2 year skilled trade course (Mechanical Technician Precision Skills). I got the credit transfer on the basis of Bachelor degree which i have done in India .

This is at a college and you have completed more than 50% in Canada. Also if your job offer is for an occupation that requires a mandatory licence, you must hold a valid licence or authorization.
