Regarding Intermediate Transcripts from Andrha Predesh AP

Hello guys, I am from Andhra Pradesh, India. I am bit confused about the documents required for study abroad after intermediate(12th). Do I need transcripts from intermediate board or my Intermediate certificate is enough for apply further studies abroad?
If required transcripts from abroad. How get/apply in the AP board of Intermediate? Is it possible to apply online?

Bro please go a IDP consultancy first and intermediate doesn't have any transcripts only Btech has transcripts.
