Regarding Ineligible Jobs Operational Bulletin 572 – April 29, 2014

Hello fellow members,
I am currently working as an administrative assistant in Vancouver , BC , Canada and i just read a bulletin ( http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/bulletins/2014/ob572.asp) dated 29th April 2014 saying that administrative assistants are ineligible for consideration listed in NOC 2011 for FSW FST and Canadian Experienced Class. I know it's quite an old bulletin but is it still valid?

I am quite worried and any help from an expert would be great.

Check current list of NOC 2011.
 
From what i have read...NOC 2016 is now in use. And what do you mean when you say check current list of NOC 2011?

Wow, that is old, that is before Express Entry was implemented. No, it is not valid. That was temporary and in place only for a few months. There are currently no restrictions on occupations for FSW or CEC other than they be "skilled" (NOC O,A, or B).

As for FST, there is a list of occupations classified as trades that are eligible for that program.
