See: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/times-int/02a-skilled-fed.html but probably getting longer.

A relative has to fall into:
You, or your accompanying spouse or common-law partner, has a relative (parent, grandparent, child, grandchild, child of a parent, sibling, child of a grandparent, aunt or uncle, or grandchild of a parent, niece or nephew) who is residing in Canada and is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.

suggest you read www.cic.gc.ca

You need to say on what basis you would be applyng. ie. skilled worker, PNP, spouse.

You need to say in what country you would be applying.

The CIC website is updated regularly regarding processing times. Depending on where and on what basis you are applying, you may need to look at several processing times and combine them. For example I have recently sponsored my wife from the UK. The sponsorship application required processing time in CIC Mississauga, Canada and her Permanant Residency application requires processing time in London, UK. So altogether the processing time we expectd was 6-9 months. A skilled worker applicant might expect a 3 year processing time.

By when can I apply for skilled worker 2014

Hi Folks,

I have few doubts regarding FSW program. By when can I apply for FSW 2014. Since I started very late and still I am collecting all the required documents. From my point view probably I can have all the documents ready by the end of January 2015. Is it still possible to apply for FSW 2014.

Thank your for your valuable replies!.
