Regarding gaps in addresses

hi all

I am preparing to submit the form 5669 and it requires me to input all past 10 year addresses

There were a few periods I am unable to provide them: I moved into subleases from people I connected with in some online forums, and I did not sign leases so the addresses are lost

I explained those periods in letter of explanation

Now the application system won't allow me to leave any gaps, what should I do in this scenario? Because if I fill the gap with wrong addresses then it could cause misrepresentation?

Then put “refer to letter of explanation” in the form where the gap is, instead of the address.

No. I remembered all my addresses. Even the ones where I didn't sign a lease.
