Regarding FSW Application....

Hi,

Please answer, How much time does CIO take to acknowledge the submission of Initial application ? I submitted my application a week back and didn't hear anything yet !!
And, what documents need to be notarized and what documents need to be submitted as a photocopy ? Can any one specify to me. As the Guide says all documents needs to be notarized. I was wondering...if the a photocopy of the Date of Birth needs to be nortarized also ?????????/ :-\
Shall I start gathering my all documents or should wait for 1-2 months ?

If I am unable to provide Letter of Reference from all my Employer's what reason needs to be stated.. I have a writi it in a Blank sheet and sign it or it has to attested also ?

Regarding FSW Application....???

Hi, :-\

If everything turns out fine...I will submit my all documents to the Buffalo Office directly. I called the Buffalo Office and they have an Automated Message System and No real person to answer.

I have applied mainly under 4131 Category. Also, I am unable to obtain the Reference Letters from my Previous employer's I send them an Email, but no replies. So what should I write incase in a letter ...so that it sounds convincing ?

If it's your initial application you must send to nova scotia (NS) not Buffalo.

On the issue of reference letter, I would advise that you seek out your previous or present employers to obtain it. It is far better. That way you will remove doubts from IO/VO mind.

I am not working at the moment...!
I have just one Letter of reference and remaining are the offer letter.
Can you provide me a sample Letter(/A reason stating that reference letter can not be obtained ) Do I need to provide a Referennce letter for each of the Work Experience or For the Catergory, I have mainly applied ?

Go in person to your previous job places, send them a FAX
Do whatever, Send a mail usign courier. If that is returned, attach that returned (bounced) letter's proof.

as per guideline we have to make 2 photocopies of all forms viz Application for PR - IMM 0008 GENERIC ,SCHEDULE 1 :Background Declaration - IMM 0008 ,SCHEDULE 3 : ECONOMIC FSW - IMM008 -,ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFO - IMM5406

and we have to signed original and send it to CIO if it apporved then have to sign 1st set of photocopy and send it to local visa office.

SO do we have to notarized these photocopies???
