Regarding filing

Hey everyone am ravneet.....
I got visa refusal stating other as a reason under spp for acute complex care program georgian college barrie canada....
Now I am goin to apply under non spp I got late as I was waiting for my caips note I am still waiting for it bt side by side I strtd completing my documents required.I wanted to if it's ok to file visa in July first week for Sept batch.

Expect another refusal if you are applying for the same course or if there is no 'substantial change' in your academic profile.
