and especially Canada govt is not LMO' easily. I working for IBM from last three years in Canada. They are not able to getting LMO's. If client asking for skilled resource from India Canada Govt asking approval from IBM Canada Vice President.
You can thing here 100 Billions turnover company is having this much big issues to get LMO's, How can these small consultancies can get LMO's?
Some consultancies was getting LMO's before May 2013 but not now. I know some consultancies in Canada who was processing work permits earlier, I checked with them for my friends. They said same news. You can think on this and decide yourself, don't pay money to these people.
And other thing if any consultancy processing your work permit, It will be closed work permit. Your Payroll always should be run with the same consultancy. You can work for others. That consultancy will have the right to cancel your work permit any time.
Canada govt entertains always Permanent jobs for the companies, contracting jobs are very less, This market is not like US. But many companies directly recruiting, try with those companies. If you want work with any company on permanent role you should have PR,open work permit or Closed work permit with the same company.
