Regarding federal skill (FSWP) Visa

hello

I finished Masters in Biotechnology
Bachelors in Biotechnology
Diploma in Pharmacy

But the problem is I finsihed my Masters and Bachelors in Biotechnlogy but Diploma in Pharmacy. I have work experience as Pharmacisit in India and I am Registered Pharmacisit in India with this Pharmacisit experience Can I apply as under ferderal skill visa??? because work experience and Masters, Bachelors different field is this ok or else will it create any problem for FSWP visa please help me in this matter. If I get answer for my question that would be greatful for me

Do you have an offer of permanent employment in Canada? If not, at the present time you cannot apply in the FSW category, as it is presently closed to most applications - only PhD stream and offer of employment situations are currently allowed to apply.

but i am not going to apply now I want to apply in Jan2013 when they will open then Can I apply with my qualification and work experience or not???

Because I have experience as a Pharmacist but My Masters and Bachelors in Biotechnology, Is it ok ??? Can i apply or not???

Is it create any problem if work experience and Masters education is different??? but I studied Diploma in Pharmacy and Registered Pharmacist in India.
