Regarding extention of open work permit

Hi. I am new in canada. My open work permit will expire in march. I am applying for new open work permit. In form 5710E, in part 3 there are 3 options
1. apply for work permit with the same employer
2. Apply for a work permit for the first time or with a new employer
3. Restore my status as a worker
4. get a new temporary resident permit.
Which option I have to select.And I do not have any job yet.

We selected 2 because my husband was on a work holiday visa (OWP) but he didn't have a specific employer. You can't select 3 because your current status is still valid. You can't select 1 because you have no employer.
With option 2, we got approved but it depends under which program you first applied for your work permit. I would suggest calling them to make sure.
