Hi, I also have a question on this:
I am a Canadian citizen. we got my wife a visitor visa and came to Canada on 19 Sep 2016. so we have to apply for her extension before 19 Feb.
1) do we have 5 days to do so? (19th is Sunday) can I submit online request on Saturdays and Sundays?
2) unfortunately on her original visa application by mistake we said she didn't have another name before, but she actually had an official name change on her I D documents and later we want to apply for her immigration through spousal sponsorship. how should we correct this mistake at this stage? shall we say yes to the question (previous names) on her extension request? will they cross check with her original application and reject because of that? I don't want to lie and make it worse for future.
