Hello everyone. I hope you all are safe
I have two questions...
Q1. Do I need to take an English language proficiency test before filling out the evaluation form for Express Entry?

Q2. Under "Your language skills" in the evaluation form, do I rate my skills according to my score on IELTS (or other tests) or do I just rate my language skills myself?

Please I am very new to this and I would really appreciate any help here.

What do you mean by "evaluation form"?

If you want to create an Express Entry profile, you will need test results. If you are just doing an eligibility assessment, you don't.

Is that the "eligibility assessment" you were referring to?
