You get ECA for highest degree so Masters. No one can tell you what it will be assessed as.

So you have a LMIA to apply for a closed work permit? What is the NOC? Can’t tell you what organization to do your ECA. Look at WES, for example, and see if your university will be evaluated. Same for ICAS. What is your IELTS scores for PR?
